Who We Share Your Data With?
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted third parties who help us run our business:

- Professional advisers — such as our accountant, where necessary

Some of these providers (including Google) may transfer data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

- Customer records (for completed work): 6 years after the end of our business relationship, in line with HMRC tax record requirements
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop, after which we'll retain a minimal suppression record to ensure we don't contact you again
